Policies

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full service amount.

    Unexpected illness or emergencies will always be taken into consideration.

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Sessions are designed to begin and end as scheduled to support a seamless experience for all clients. The full service amount will still apply for shortened sessions due to late arrivals.

  • Every session is tailored to the individual, and open communication is encouraged throughout your treatment. You are always welcome to speak up regarding pressure, temperature, positioning, music, areas being worked on, or any other adjustments that would help you feel more comfortable.

    All conversations and health information shared during your sessions are kept confidential.

  • Massage therapy is a professional, therapeutic, and strictly non-sexual service. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in the session ending immediately, and future appointments will be refused.

  • Your comfort and privacy are always respected. Proper draping will be maintained throughout the session, uncovering only the area currently being treated. Clients may undress to their own level of comfort.

  • Clients under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to receiving treatment.

  • New clients will be asked to complete an intake form and review studio policies before their first appointment to help create a safe, comfortable, and professional experience for everyone.
